Serving the Community For Over 30 Years

Come into either location and you can expect modern care in a relaxing environment.

Technology That’s Better For You

Digital X-rays

Digital s-rays have only a tiny fraction of the radiation of convention x-rays. In fact today’s x-rays are less radiation exposure than an airline flight.

BPA Free

All our fillings and sealants are 100% BPA free so you never have to worry about BPA exposure at a Hoye office.

Digital Scans

Digital teeth scanning eliminates the need for PVS materials and ensures  comfortable and accurate impressions.

CEREC

With CEREC Milling Unit we are able to design, mill and deliver crowns and other restorations same day.

Intraoral Camera

We can view the entire mouth on a monitor to get a closer look at potential mouth concerns. And the patient can review the images as well.

g

Soft Tissue Laser

The laser offers superior care for such things as bloodless surgery, sterilizing gums and treating cold sores. Truly a new era in dentistry.

Technology That’s Better For All

j

Paperless Records

Hoye Dental is environmentally-friendly. Both offices are paperless with all records being kept on secure networks.

Proper Disposal of Amalgam Fillings

We strictly abide by the American Dental Association guidelines on disposal.

Steri-Cages and Towels

We use Steri-Cages to sterilize our instruments to reduce the quantity of Sterile bags that must be used. And reuseable towels reduce impact of paper waste.

Have Questions?

What Is the Best Way to Make An Appointment?

Calling the office is the easiest way to make an appointment. However, you can email us as well using the form on our contact page.

Will You Help With Insurance Filing?

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, we recommend sending a pre-determination to your insurance company for the  most accurate estimate for the services you need. We cannot guarantee your specific insurance coverage.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
The offices accept check, cash, any major credit card, and care credit.
What Types of Insurance Do You Take?
We accept many major insurance plans. However, as the offices accept different plans, please call the offices to ask about your specific insurance plan.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment so as not to inconvenience other patients. Multiple late showing will result in a charge for the appointment.

Do You Treat Children?

Yes! We are a full family dentist. If you are a patient at our practice we look forward to treating your children as well.

Do You Treat Older Patients?

Yes! We love our older patients. Obviously, older teeth can come with more complications. We look forward to helping our older patients navigate these concerns and creating healthier smiles for life.

Do You People With Special Needs?

Of course! We will be happy to work with patients with a variety of special needs. Please call our office to discuss your special situation.

Are your Offices Accessible to Patients with Disabilities?
Our office in Needham is wheelchair accessible. However, our Taunton office does have a few stairs to make it into our facility.
What Should I Expect On My First Visit?

Please have your prior xrays (full mouth xrays – FMX) within the last five years sent to the office before your visit.

At the first visit you will be filling out medical history forms or feel free to fill them out in advance. You can find them HERE.

You will have an exam, a cleaning and xrays if needed. Bring your questions if you have any!

If I'm Not a Patient But I Have a Cold Sore, Will You Treat It?
Yes! We’d love to help you. However, an initial exam is required.
How Much Profit Do You Make on the Products You Sell?

None. That’s right, none. What you pay for it is what we pay for it. If we offer the product in our office it means that we believe in that product and would like you to use it. We want you to trust our recommendations and to use the products.

Why Do I Need X-rays? Are They Really Safe?

Yes, you really need x-rays. Even with an intraoral camera, we can only see the surface of your teeth. However, cavities that may be in between the teeth may be causing serious damage, and we can only see them via x-rays. As far as safety, Hoye Dental uses only digital x-rays which exposes you to 80% less radiation than the old film x-rays. In fact, you’ll get more radiation on an airplane flight than you will with a dental digital x-ray.

I Have Another Question.

Do you have a question we haven’t covered here? We’d love to hear from you. Please just call one of our offices and someone will find out the answer for you.
